Welcome to my website. I hope you find it helpful and inspiring.
My mission is to help you or your child flow more gently through the journey of life, feeling well,
happy, calm, safe, present, connected, resilient and empowered.

I have combined all of my professional training and experience in neurodivergence, counselling and life coaching, early childhood intervention, education and naturopathy, with my lived experience with Au/DHD, anxiety, CPTSD, hyperthyroidism, MTHFR and allergies, and feel blessed to be able to share what Ive learned to help my neurodivergent and neurotypical clients, through holistic counselling and wellbeing.
Previously holistic and counselling were not found in one sentence. Now it's an up and coming accepted therapeutic approach. Very exciting !

What is Holistic counselling?

Holistic evidence-based counselling integrates conventional, research-backed psychological techniques—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and acceptance-based approaches—with a whole-person perspective that considers mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. This approach treats underlying causes rather than just symptoms, often incorporating lifestyle factors like diet and exercise to foster lasting, personalized, and sustainable change.
Core Principles of Holistic Evidence-Based Counselling

Whole-Person Approach: Addresses the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
Evidence-Informed: Uses validated techniques like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
Client-Led & Personalised: Tailors flexible, collaborative sessions adapted to individual goals and needs.
Root Cause Focus: Aims to understand why issues arise, rather than just treating symptoms.
Empowerment: Encourages active participation in the healing journey.
Benefits and Applications

Comprehensive Care: Treats anxiety, overwhelm, depression, trauma, and burnout by looking beyond just talk therapy.
Physical & Mental Connection: Explores how stress impacts physical health (e.g., headaches, gut issues).
Integrated Techniques: May combine therapy with lifestyle improvements, such as nutrition and exercise recommendations.
Increased Self-Awareness: Focuses on understanding the individual’s world, allowing for deeper self-connection and personal growth.
This approach is highly beneficial for those seeking a more comprehensive, compassionate and personalised path to mental health, often resulting in increased resilience and improved quality of life.
This holistic counselling approach allows for a "diverse toolbox," combining traditional, structured interventions
with lifestyle adjustments to improve overall quality of life.
